Vine Diver Games is proud to reveal the first official trailer for Leafshadow.
A tiny hero is about to enter a giant world.
Leafshadow is a 2D action-adventure game set deep within an enormous rainforest filled with ancient temples, dangerous creatures, forgotten paths, and mysteries buried beneath the canopy. Players take control of Leafshadow, a poison dart frog ninja whose speed, agility, and connection to the natural world allow him to reach places no ordinary hero could survive.
A First Look at the Adventure
The new trailer introduces the world, movement, enemies, and mysteries at the heart of Leafshadow.
Viewers will see Leafshadow leap through the rainforest, cross enormous environments, explore ancient ruins, and face creatures such as the Orb Weaver. His specialized abilities include long-distance jumping, wall clinging, tongue grappling, and firing crafted poison and sleep darts directly from his mouth.
The trailer also offers a first glimpse of the ancient Temple Guardian—a massive stone serpent charged with protecting the entrance to the Forgotten Temple.
The Guardian is not simply another monster. It is an ancient protector waiting to determine whether Leafshadow has truly earned the right to enter.
Follow the Wayfinder Sigils
Before reaching the Guardian, Leafshadow must master the path leading to the temple.
Four ancient Wayfinder Sigils are hidden throughout the route. Passing through them in the correct order sends energy toward the temple and forms the Temple Crest.
Completing the route retracts the living-vine gate, activates a checkpoint, restores Leafshadow’s health and darts, and proves that he has earned entrance to the temple.
Something Else Is Entering the Jungle
The rainforest’s ancient dangers are not the only threat.
Near the end of the trailer, distant floodlights, scanning equipment, drones, and excavation machinery hint that a powerful corporation is moving closer to the temple.
What they are searching for—and what they are willing to destroy to find it—remains unknown.
